Our Story

Rocket Car Rentals was founded by John Dinh, a Vietnamese entrepreneur driven by kindness, integrity, and a deep passion for cars, but more importantly, by a strong sense of fairness.

Before Rocket was born, John witnessed too many travelers being mistreated in the car rental industry: customers being tricked by dishonest agents, security deposits unfairly withheld, small incidents exaggerated for profit, and vulnerable travelers left alone when problems occurred. What troubled him most was not the money, but the lack of responsibility, empathy, and trust.

Rocket Car Rentals was created to resolve these pain points.

From the very beginning, Rocket was built on a simple belief: travelers deserve honesty, protection, and respect, especially when they are far from home.

Today, Rocket Car Rentals has grown into one of the leading car rental companies in Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Ha Noi, and Nha Trang, with a fleet exceeding 100 vehicles and continuing to expand nationwide. Yet, despite our growth, our purpose remains unchanged: to be a reliable, trustworthy travel companion our clients can depend on at all times.
