Who handles routine maintenance?+
We do. Oil changes, tires, scheduled services: just notify us when warning lights appear or when kilometer milestones are hit.
If the car has issues, is there a replacement?+
Yes. Within 24 hours we provide a same-class replacement vehicle at no extra charge while the original is being serviced.
Is there a monthly kilometer limit?+
Yes, 2,000 km/month included. Excess is VND 4,000/km. For typical in-city expat use this is rarely exceeded.
How do I pay?+
