5 Simple Steps to Your Car

Exit the Arrival Hall
After collecting your luggage and clearing customs, exit the International Arrival Terminal between Gate 8 and Gate 9. Turn right and walk straight to Gate 12.

Walk to Gate 12
Continue walking along the terminal building for about 200 meters until you reach Gate 12. Please wait near the Gate 12 pillar.

Cross the Street
Use the pedestrian crossing directly in front of Gate 12 to cross to the opposite side. Please pay attention to traffic.

Wait at the Meeting Point
Walk to the covered waiting area and wait for our representative to prepare your vehicle and complete the handover. Estimated time: 10–15 minutes.

Your Vehicle Is Ready
Your vehicle is parked nearby and ready for you. Enjoy your trip and drive safely!

- Inspect the vehicle condition
- Verify the fuel level
- Check the documents
- Confirm any existing scratches or dents
- Take photos for your records
